There is nothing on the display, only sound on TV card. Is there a fix for that?

Access the application's configuration settings and choose the default card. It's possible that the application uses another source because of the installed webcam, DVR, etc.
Alternatively, check the Device Manager so that all the drivers are installed properly. You can start Device Manager using Run window along with the devmgmt.msc command.
If you don't have an automatic installer for the drivers, you can always use Update Driver on the targeted item.
I have Kworld PlusTV Analog PCI (7131SE) TV card with HyperMediaCenter. My problem is that I can't edit channel list. I want certain channel (for ex. MTV at number 5 on remote control) at certain place. HyperMediaCenter can't do that. Or it can? Remote control doesn't support any other software (only HyperMediaCenter) and I can't find a plugin for this remote control. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the HyperMediaCenter doesn't allow you to set up channels to custom positions on the remote control. Also, on the official website of the product there is nothing mentioned about availability of a plugin that can help you in this matter. Until further notices, there is nothing that you can do and you need to use the program as it is.
